PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER AND KEEP A COPY OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
1 THE AGGREEMENT
These terms of sale apply to goods supplied by Homeoforce and ordered from our website at www.homeoforce.co.uk
Please read our terms and conditions carefully by you before you place an order for goods from Homeoforce. If you do not accept these terms you should not place an order.
You must be sixteen (16) years of age or older to order from the Website and by accepting these Terms you are confirming to us that you no less than sixteen years of age.
No agreement or contract exists between you and Homeoforce for the sale of any goods until Homeoforce has received and accepted your order and sends you confirmation by writing or email to the address or email you have given. Homeoforce shall not be under any obligation to accept your order but once it has done so by sending you confirmation by writing or email there is a binding legal agreement between you and Homeoforce.
Any agreement between you and Homeoforce is subject to your right of cancellation if you are a consumer (see 5.1 below)
Homeoforce may change these Terms without notice to you in relation to future sales.
2 AVAILABILITY, PRICE OF GOODS AND DESCRIPTION.
All goods are subject to availability. If on receipt of your order the goods you have ordered are not available in stock, Homeoforce will inform you as soon as possible, and refund or credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit- or debit card for the goods.
The description, specification and price of the goods you order will be as shown on the Website at the time you place your order.
Subject to 2.4 below, the price of the goods will be the price quoted on the Website at the date the order is received. All prices are quoted in UK pounds sterling and will, unless specified to the contrary on the Website, exclude packaging and delivery charges
Every effort will be made to ensure that prices shown on the Website are accurate at the time you place your order. If an error is found prior to dispatch of the goods, Homeoforce will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If you cancel, Homeoforce will refund or credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or charged to your credit card for the goods
The price of the goods shown on the Website is exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) at UK rates.
Where the goods are supplied for export from the Alderney, you will be liable for complying with any legislation or regulations governing the importation of the goods into the country of destination and for the payment of any import duties or taxes which are levied on them. Homeoforce can not be held responsible for parcels refused by customs.
Photos are used for display purposes only and the actual product may vary in appearance, name and/or colour.
2.8 We use glass containers for all drops and sizes up to 14 grams. Sizes larger that 14 grams will come in homeopathic friendly plastic containers.
3 DELIVERY AND RISK
The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order, subject to confirmation of your order by Homeoforce.
All products ordered from Homeoforce shall be sent to you via Guernsey post(sometimes a commercial courier service may be used instead). Homeoforce shall endeavour to dispatch orders within 1 to 5 working days after receiving payment from you or within such other period indicated at the time you place your order.
Delivery charges vary according to the destination and weight of your parcel. If the cost of sending your parcel exceeds the standard charge we have implemented for your region, we may email you with a revised cost which we request you pay before we dispatch your order.
If Homeoforce is informed that delivery cannot be made to your address, we will inform you as soon as possible, and refund or credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or charged to your credit - or debit card for delivery.
Every effort will be made to deliver the goods within a reasonable time period. If Homeoforce is unable to deliver the goods within 30 days of receiving your order, Homeoforce will inform you as soon as possible and you will be entitled to cancel the order and obtain a refund or credit for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from you credit- or debit card for the goods. Homeoforce will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.
You will become the owner of the goods you ordered and responsible for risk of loss or damage to them once they have been delivered to you.
Due to high cost of delivery we dispatch parcels by normal post. If parcels are not delivered within 14 working days in the U.K or 42 working days in Europe and International parcels, we will deem this as lost in the post and will resend the parcel at no extra cost. During the COVID pandemic parcels may take longer to arrive
Although we do keep a history of customers that are registered, each order is seen as a new order. This means that we do not compare addresses with previous orders. This is simply because customers do move and sometimes have parcels send to some-one else. When placing an order please always make sure that the delivery address on the order is correct.
When paying with Paypal express, the delivery address is filled in by Paypal, so please check that this address is correct.
Our delivery charges start at £3.95 for the U.K. Parcels over £50.00 in value will be sent "to sign for" and the delivery charges will start at £5.50. Parcels to Europe start at £8.00 and parcels over £50.00 will be sent "to sign for" The delivery charges for this will start at £8.00. We have had many parcels go missing to Europe and therefore most European countries parcels will be send "to sign for" at £8.00. Parcels to the rest of the world, U.S.A. and Canada will all be sent "to sign for" which will start at £12.00
Homeoforce can not except responsibility for parcels refused by customs and we can not refund the money for parcel refused by customs if the correct items where sent.
Payment for the goods and delivery charges can be made by any credit- or debit card that is shown as acceptable on the Website at the time you place your order (presently being Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro, Paypal, Stripe and Sage pay)
All deliveries are subject to prior authorisation of your payment.
5 YOUR RIGHT OF CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY
All consumers have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the time goods are dispatched.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to Homeoforce by hand or post, or email, at the address, or email address shown at paragraph 9 below, giving details of the goods ordered and their delivery address.
If you wish to cancel an order after the goods have been delivered to you, this will be totally at the discretion of Homeofore. You must return the goods to Homeoforce at your own cost, in unused and otherwise re-saleable condition. The goods must be returned to the address shown below by registered post. The goods must be adequately sealed in the original packaging and you must take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged whilst in your possession or in transit. This must be done within 14 days of receiving order. Homeopathic remedies are made up when the order is placed and it is therefore not possible to accept returns for remedies sent correctly according to the order.
Once you have returned the goods, Homeoforce will refund or credit you within 10 days of receiving the returned goods for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit- or debit card minus postage and packaging only if the goods are in a resalable condition. Homeopathic remedies are made up to order and for this reason are not refundable or returnable.
Homeoforce shall not be responsible for any defect in the goods arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence by you or any third party.
Subject to paragraph 6.1, if the goods supplied to you are in any way defective or you have any other complaint about the goods, you should contact Homeoforce by phone or notify Homeoforce by post, fax or email in accordance with the contact details at paragraph 9 below.
Homeoforce will not be liable for losses relating to any business (such as lost profits or consequential loss) which arise from any failure by Homeoforce to supply the goods in accordance with the contract.
Homeoforce shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with its obligations under these terms of sale if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond Homeoforce's reasonable control. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
7 DATA PROTECTION
Homeoforce will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure but unless Homeoforce is negligent Homeoforce will not be liable for unauthorised access to information supplied by you.
Homeoforce does not disclose buyers' information to third parties.
Homeoforce may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to the Website and 'personalise' your viewing experience. This can include using a 'cookie', which would be stored on your browser. The information collected in this way can be used to identify you unless you modify your browser settings and we may collect users data for personalisation of ads. You can usually modify your browser to prevent this happening. However, the Website may not work as well as it should if you switch off cookies. We may use Googly analytics to help us understand how he site is being used in order to improve your user experience. We may also use Google Adsense to report to us how the ads are performing User data is anonymous. We may also use Double click (Google) which is specific to the display advertising on homeoforce's website User data is anonymous.
