What is Homeopathy?
The word homeopathy is derived from the Greek words "homoios" meaning similar and "pathos" meaning suffering. An example of taking a similar is to take an alcoholic drink to cure a hangover. Simply, homeopathic treatment is to select a remedy that has the most similar symptoms to the illness presented. A good homeopathic example of treating with a similar is to use onion (Allium Cepa) in its homeopathic form to treat burning, itching and watery eyes.
